When Chris gives a windsurfing lesson, he starts out on land with a simulator, a sail board with a rope on it.
He pulls the board to the left or right to simulate which way it'll move when the wind hits the sail.
Once you've got the concepts down, you're in the water with him by your side in a kayak. Here's Chris giving a windsurfing lesson.
